Here for You Every Step of the Way

Our birth doulas are committed to providing exceptional support and care from the moment you sign your contract. You will be put in contact with them right away. You will receive a prenatal visit to create a personalized birth plan, ensuring that your preferences, no matter what they may be, are fully supported.

From 37 weeks, your doula will be on call 24/7, ready to be by your side once labor begins. Your doula will remain with you (and your partner if applicable) throughout the entire labor, offering continuous support. After your baby arrives, your doula will stay to assist with skin-to-skin contact and initial latching and feeding guidance. Additionally, you will have a postpartum visit to discuss the birth, your baby, and address any questions you may have.

** We also offer sibling support to care for your older children while you are in labor, ensuring a smooth transition for your growing family.

Offering Support During Precious Times

As you transition to life with your new baby, you may find that additional support is invaluable. We are here to assist with all aspects of infant care, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, bathing, and soothing your baby. Our postpartum care extends to meal preparation, light cleaning, running errands, and personal care, ensuring you have the support you need.

We require a minimum of 4 hours for daytime care and 8 hours for overnight care. The duration of our postpartum care is flexible, tailored to your needs. Our goal is to assist with daily tasks and help establish a routine for your new family.

**We also offer sibling doula care, providing professional and compassionate support for your older children during this new phase in your family life.

Additional Services

Placenta Encapsulation

The traditional encapsulation method, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), involves steaming the placenta with lemon and ginger, dehydrating, grinding, and encapsulating it. This two-day process occurs in the client's home, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment. The specialist will spend up to two hours each day. Each placenta yields 75–250 capsules, depending on size. Benefits may include improved postpartum mood, hormonal balance, better lactation, and recovery, though results vary.

Postpartum Wraps

Bengkung belly binding is the art of wrapping a postpartum woman's belly to hasten the recovery process.

Benefits can include:

  • Abdominal wall support helping to heal diastasis recti

  • Support the body's natural spine and posture realignment post-birth

  • Reduction of water, fat and air in the tissue and cells through constant pressure on the torso

  • Stabilizes loose ligaments
